Story Time: Martha and Mikhail

BITTERSWEET.

Some clients are instant friends and that was surely the case for Martha + Mikhail and I when I helped them buy their first home. It was a process and the market was moving faster and we were having to fight...but, our teamwork mentality paid off and they bought their first CO home together on Cook St.

Aging parents, new jobs and remote work all paved the way for an opportunity to move back home to Michigan. It seems like sometimes, all signs just kind of point to a certain direction and this time, they chose to listen and follow. When they called me to tell me they were planning a cross-country move, I sighed. Colorado lost two good ones with this move and they will be SO missed!

I am sad for me, but I am so so happy for both of you! I hope your time 'back home' is everything you hoped it would be. And, if you ever find yourself missing CO, there is always room for you here!
