Story Time: Arvada Buyer and Seller

More times than not, when you sell a home; I think people can agree that there are a fair amount of emotions. This time, I was honored to watch my friend, a true warrior, make BIG moves. Moves that, at one time, she never truly envisioned herself making, in a life that she never thought she would be leading. Sometimes we are stronger than we know.

While this sale is extremely bittersweet, the new owners made it exciting and special. They fell in love with this home within minutes. I installed the For Sale sign around 6pm Thursday, by 8pm I had a phone call from the Buyers, showed it to them Friday morning and were under contract by Saturday. They had been watching and waiting for a home just like this and I have no doubt that they will love it as their own.

I was asked to represent both parties in this particular sale and it was awe inspiring to watch the grace, dignity and strength be perfectly matched with excitement, new energy, and determination. BOTH parties won and while it is a goal we can't always achieve...for this one; it felt like a HUGE win.
