Story Time: Brooke’s Two Homes

Lakewood, CO and thornton, CO

When Brooke and I first spoke about her selling her condo, it was back in January. We took photos, signed the papers and then, she had a moment of panic and decided to wait to sell. She KNEW she wanted a house with a garden, she also knew the budget was going to be tough and it was SCARY.

After a few months' pause, she decided she wanted to officially make the move. We sold her condo the first weekend, above list price and had multiple offers! Now, it was time to do the hard part and find her the garden [and home] of her dreams.

After all of the angst and worry, we toured exactly ONE house and Brooke fell in love. We stood in the kitchen, she cried and told me "this is IT. I have to get THIS house. Do what it takes and get me THIS house". And, we did!
