Story Time: Dan and Ally

Sometimes the right house is the first house.

I met Dan + Ally last month. They had found me online and were looking for an agent who could help them achieve their goals of Selling their University Hills home and Buying in a really great neighborhood with amazing schools for their daughters.

They were concerned we wouldn't be able to find what they want, or what would make a move "worth it", in their budget.

The Sunday morning of the week we were set to list their house for sale, they texted me and said "Hey Kendra! Since my parents are here, we are going to pop into a few Open Houses today just for fun". By noon we had an offer written on a house they "casually popped into".

We beat out TEN other offers and WON their dream home UNDER budget!
