Story Time: Daniela and Ryan

When Daniela and Ryan first reached out they were interviewing agents for their exciting upcoming move to CO from FL.

When they decided to hire me for the job, I was elated! Daniela and I instantly hit it off and I knew looking for homes with them would be fun. They planned a weekend trip out to Colorado to start getting an idea on locations. They had a few top "hot spots" to check out between Erie and Parker.

We set up a few showings in each city and had a fun weekend touring beautiful homes. The 6th home on our route stood out to them though. So much so that when they arrived back in Florida, they called to let me know they had decided Erie was where they wanted to raise their girls and the house on Hickory was an absolute front runner and they wanted to submit an offer immediately!

Ironically enough, the Sellers were moving from CO to FL - we asked if they just wanted to trade houses, but they were looking for something different. Even though the home trade didn't happen, a successful closing and transaction did! Sometimes, it just all works out!
