Story Time: An Epic Story

When sharing this story, I knew I HAD to post it as a #feelgoodfriday story.

We closed on Monday and I am STILL processing the WIN for both of these clients!

EPIC Storytime:

Eric and I had been working together since about August and while he was excited about Buying his first place, he really didn't want to be pressured and did not want to settle.

Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec. we shopped. The market started to surpass comfort. Payments went from comfort to doable. House quality started to dwindle as prices rose. We were determined to get Eric into a HOUSE but even I was starting to loose hope.

Eric was contacted by a mutual friend asking if he would like to come see a house he was interested in Selling.

This off market deal was the ANSWER to a prayer. It is the PERFECT home for Eric AND, Matt was able to name his price, chose his closing date, NOT update carpet, paint, clean and show the house for days on end...In the end, it was a GREAT win for BOTH parties and THAT is something you celebrate.

Congrats, guys!!!! WE DID IT!!!
