Story Time: Mria and Justin

This home was SO loved by its owners, but a growing family meant it was time to move on and move-up. Mria + Justin trusted me with their home sale and since they were also buying locally, that also meant we had to strategize how to make the process work the best FOR THEM.

Buying first was KEY. We needed to access some of their equity for the down payment on their new home, but being able to casually shop and not 'have to' buy within 30-90 days of being Under Contract / Sold helped ease some stress. Together with my lender partner, our strategy was employed and Justin + Mria bought their new home in February, took a few weeks to move and clean out the "old house" and we listed it for sale last weekend.
