Story Time: Mike and Julie

I had heard about Mike and Julie for a few years. I had helped their mom and nephew make some moves, but we had never met in person.

Frustrated with their previous Realtor and his attempt to win them a house in a very competitive situation, they invited me over to talk strategy. They knew exactly where they wanted to live; Solterra. It was now finding the home and then beating the competition that I had been tasked with.

When we found *THE ONE*, we had to pull out all the stops. When we were reviewing our offer the night before we sent it, Mike said "oh my gosh" so loudly over the phone, I thought he was having a panic attack over some of the competitive things we wrote in the offer. Turns out, he KNEW THE SELLERS! What the what?! He had taught the husband and knew of the wife and was SO thrilled to be buying their home.

It was a feel good story for the ages as the mutual respect for each side was felt all the way through the transaction! What a small, small world.
